We are an American brand located in the state of North Carolina.

2. Where do you ship?

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

Please note any customs, import duties, local taxes and associated fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

3. What are your payment methods?

We accept all major credit cards including, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover as well as PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay installment financing.

4. What is Shop Pay?

Shop pay is an alternative payment method that offers you the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal installments, due every two weeks, without any interest.

5. Do you sell your products in stores?

Yereva are exclusively sold on our website. It allows us to control and remain accountable that you receive a brilliant experience every single order.

7. Where are they made?

Our products are designed at our HQ in Greensboro, North Carolina, United States of America. Our garments are produced in ethically certified factories across Asia.

8. What shipping services do you use?

We ship orders via The United States Postal Service and UPS.

9. How do I track my order?

After your package is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking information.

10. When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 – 2 business days. US orders are shipped via USPS and are estimated to arrive 2 – 7 business days after being shipped. International orders are estimated to arrive 6 – 15 business days after being shipped.

11. What if my package is lost/stolen?

YEREVA is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Once the package enters the hands of the courier our control over that package is limited. However, in the event of a lost or stolen package we will work with you and put forth our best effort to help track down your package.

12.What is the return or exchange policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you are looking to return or exchange your order, we are here to sort it out.

Return and exchanges are accepted only if they are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.

We recommend trying one pair only to confirm the right size and fir before opening the others.

Original shipping cost are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

If you are making an exchange, your new item will be shipped to you at NO additional shipping charge.

Returns can be made within 30 days from the date of your purchase, except for products that considered FINAL SALE.
